hmmmmmmm

Yknow...idk about this song. I got mixed feelings. It's overly simplistic in many ways, yet very intrigueing. I honestly dunno bout this one....

I was intrigued

I felt like the piano sample was a bit too hard. Other than that, i don't really see anything wrong with this. The orchestral part was good. im not a huge fan of lyrics, but that's just me. Nice work

Took me by surprise

Idk why but the name of the song gave me the impression of some type of dark song, like, the type of music you'd experience walking through the lower decks of a deserted, haunted ship in the middle of the ocean.... 0.o (wtf lol)

anyway, the beginning of the song i expected this to be another generic FL studio mass-production song, but you actually surprised me as the song continued on. In fact, the more and more i listen to this song the more i like it. It's not the best, but it certainly isn't too repetetive and holds its own style. It didn't really stray out of what the song was trying to be. I think the only sample i didn't like was your kick. I think it could've been a bit harder and deeper, because sometimes when a lot of the other riffs came in it tended to get a bit quiet. But no one gives a shit what I think the kick could've been, so w/e lol.

All in all, i enjoyed it. Not great, but solid. 7/10 because i felt like the beginning could've been a bit better. Keep up the good work :)

Freudian Slip is a pysch term, but I can see where something dark might come into play there.

I'll see what I can do to up the kick a little. I didn't want it to be too overpowering, but I guess I made it too weak instead, haha.

I recognized a lot of the samples, like the 303ish you used around :40. but that's just me and i'm not a huge fan of using standard samples. I'd say take a few of the sample you have, tweak em, replace em, and experiment. never too early start learning the ropes with sytrus or whatever plugin/vst you use. It will open up a whole new realm of unique synths and custom samples, giving your music a nice authentic touch to it. As far as the mel. is concerned, it sounded pretty original. So keep up the good work.

God that china makes me so happy, along with the dark-metal-ish groove basslines. Kinda reminds me of somethin from dreamtheater for some reason

I totally didnt like the "IM GONNA WRECK THIS FUCKERS RIDE HEHEHEH!" i thought it couldve been handled a little better, like louder. it seemed kidna restrained. but other than that I loved the song

Congrats

You are the first ever song i've automatically given a 10 within the first 15 seconds. Not to mention at about 30 when the main synth riffs kicked in. However, I was not a huge fan of the vocals, but that's just personal preference. The lyrics were very solid. They flowed well with the music, and this is difficult to do with almost any song. Good werk!

Excuse me, I apologize for drooling, but I just snapped out of being entranced by this blissfully joyful orchestra music I clicked on...

What an excellent job. This can almost pass as authentic! The parts were all fitting to the music. Nothing strayed too much from the melody or what the song was doing. I could go into all the dynamics of this song, but I think it wouldn't do it justice. I look forward to your next music

Ha, i love it every time

I never get tired of this song. And if by some chance i did, i'd just have to not listen to it for about a day and then i'm in love with it again. I also love the narwhal roar at :20 lol! Brilliantly catchy, too. Great jawb!

(oh and btw, to those whom it applies, this is Newgrounds, not YTMND. Making random, irrelevent, "special" reviews here is not funny. It's just stupid.)
